Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item, we’ll happily send a replacement at no extra charge.
